After having searched for BILL OF SALE for a car a few times and coming up with something that I always have to create myself, I decided to make one and post for others looking to buy or sell their cars, motorcycles, ships, planes or whatever. This is a very simple and straightforward BOS and will work for most DMVs in United States as a proof of purchase/sale from private seller.

As a photographer I will never shoot anyones portfolio without having them sign one. Even if it is for their own use, you still own the rights to the photographs you take.

The Duel That Never Happened: George Washington vs. William Payne (1755)
(When George Washington was a young man in his early twenties.)
"The following account, often published, appeared in the Alexandria
Gazette August 25, 1874:"
"When Washington, in command of the Virginia Rangers was waiting at
Alexandria the arrival of Braddock's forces,
an exciting election contest occurred between Mr. Fairfax and Mr. Payne
for the House of Hurgesses. Washington
supported Fairfax with much zeal: and, high words passing between him and
Payne in the market square, Payne
struck Washington a blow which brought him to the earth. The troops
rushed from the barracks, and would have
made short work of Payne, had not Washington pacified them, assuring them
that he knew the proper course to
take in the premises. Duels were not then under the ban of public opinion.
All supposed that a fight was imminent.
Next morning, however, Washington sent for Payne, and when the latter
entered the room he saw on the table,
not pistols, but a decanter of wine and two glasses. 'Mr. Payne,' said
Washington, 'to err is human. I was wrong
yesterday, but if you have had sufficient satisfaction, let us be
friends'.
Weems relates that from that day Washington was Payne's idea of true
manhood."

"At the time Gen. Washington was stationed in Alexandria as a colonel of a
British regiment, before the war of the revolution,
an altercation took place in the court-house yard, between him and
William Payne, in which Payne knocked Washington down.
Great excitement prevailed, as Payne was known to be firm, and stood
high, and Washington was beloved by all. A night's reflection,
however, satisfied Washington that he was the aggressor and in the wrong,
and in the morning he, like a true and magnanimous hero,
sought an interview with Payne, which resulted in an apology from
Washington, and a warm and lasting friendship between the two,
founded on mutual esteem. "

COMMENT: William Payne threw the first punch, thereby escalating a mere
verbal argument into a dangerous physical attack. Thus Payne
was in the wrong, and guilty of assault on Washington. But Washington --
following the teachings of Jesus -- did not seek
retaliation of any kind, but instead sought to establish friendship,
which he did. And when Washington died more than forty years later,
Payne was an honorary pallbearer at the funeral. This is an excellent
example of Christian "anger management."

"Go Ahead And Give Yourself To Christ"
NOTE: When you read this prayer, try to imagine hearing my voice as I
speak it to you. In this way, the prayer is reactivated, and it
the same as if I were actually praying for you at that moment.
(Just like television prayers are reactivated when you watch
them, although the videotape may have been shot years before.)
Perhaps you are a Christian even now,
You go to church and try to do your best,
You try to put His teachings in your life,
But still you do not feel that He is yours.
You do not feel the closeness that you crave.
If this is you, then say this prayer with me:

O Lord, I want you closer in my life,
I want you more to be a part of me.
I want the best relationship with you,
That anyone on earth could ever have.
I know that, "as we give, we shall receive,"
And so I now do give myself to you,
In full completeness, holding nothing back.
I'm yours, so you may use me as you will,
And take whatever things you want from me.
And now that I did give myself to you,
I pray that you will give yourself to me,
As bridegroom gives himself to his new bride.

struck Washington a blow which brought him to the earth. The troops
rushed from the barracks, and would have
made short work of Payne, had not Washington pacified them, assuring them
that he knew the proper course to
take in the premises. Duels were not then under the ban of public opinion.
All supposed that a fight was imminent.
Next morning, however, Washington sent for Payne, and when the latter
entered the room he saw on the table,
not pistols, but a decanter of wine and two glasses. 'Mr. Payne,' said
Washington, 'to err is human. I was wrong
yesterday, but if you have had sufficient satisfaction, let us be
friends'.
Weems relates that from that day Washington was Payne's idea of true
manhood."

"At the time Gen. Washington was stationed in Alexandria as a colonel of a
British regiment, before the war of the revolution,
an altercation took place in the court-house yard, between him and
William Payne, in which Payne knocked Washington down.
Great excitement prevailed, as Payne was known to be firm, and stood
high, and Washington was beloved by all. A night's reflection,
however, satisfied Washington that he was the aggressor and in the wrong,
and in the morning he, like a true and magnanimous hero,
sought an interview with Payne, which resulted in an apology from
Washington, and a warm and lasting friendship between the two,
founded on mutual esteem. "

COMMENT: William Payne threw the first punch, thereby escalating a mere
verbal argument into a dangerous physical attack. Thus Payne
was in the wrong, and guilty of assault on Washington. But Washington --
following the teachings of Jesus -- did not seek
retaliation of any kind, but instead sought to establish friendship,
which he did. And when Washington died more than forty years later,
Payne was an honorary pallbearer at the funeral. This is an excellent
example of Christian "anger management."

A “ car bill of sale “ or “ automobile bill of sale “ is a simple form that is used to record the sale the sale of a vehicle thus providing protection and ownership prove for the new owner .
The majority of states in the U.S require a bill of sale before they allow the new owner to register the car in his/her name and the department of motor vehicle will require it as of ownership before they change the registration .
So what information you should see/ put on a bill of sale form ?
When making or filling a car bill of sale form it’s recommended that you include the following
• Selling price
• The general condition of the car
• The make and the model
• The vehicle identification number
• The names and address of the buyer and the seller
• Odometer reading
• Statement by the seller admiring that no money is owed on the car
• Both parties signatures
So how can exactly the bill of sale protect you from fraud deals ?
There are many risks when buying a car privately , such as buying stolen cars or buying a car that has its odometer altered to show smaller mileage than the actual one or even a car on which a lien is held. Many of these cases happen and don’t get discovered until sometime later and detecting it back to determined who is responsible is not always easy .

Is Running Your Car on 100% Water Possible? - The need for alternative ways of powering our vehicles has become very critical. The ever-increasing cost of fuel, not only in the United States but all over the world has led to the outcry for an alternative.
The search for more fuel has even led to deaths and unnecessary wars, like the Iraq war. There is the need for alternatives to fuel for powering our vehicles.
If you have been following such issues for sometime you obviously would have heard from certain quarters of the possibility of running your car on 100% water, right?
While such "dreams" is the way we want things to be in the future, it's NOT YET POSSIBLE to power your car on 100% water... without serious complications.
So, yes, it's indeed possible to power your car on 100% water, but such ways are not only complicated but seriously expensive and completely unpredictable.

"We know that as a consequence of transgressions and negligence, 1.2 million people die each year on the roads," Martino said. "That's a sad reality, and at the same time, a great challenge for society and the church."

The many problems and demands of this life, which the Bible calls "the
cares of this world," can easily overwhelm us if we let them. We feel we
must do this or that; we must plan for this or that; we must somehow deal
with this or that etc., etc., etc.
The Bible recognizes this situation, and the difficulties it can cause.
Mark 4:19 (KJV)
"And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches,
and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and
it becometh unfruitful."
So what should we do when the cares of our world seem to close in on us,
causing distress and confusion?
WE SHOULD CAST OUR CARES ON JESUS! Jesus is our Lord and our Saviour. We
have given ourselves to Him, so we now belong to Him. He has been given
all power in Heaven and Earth, so we should let Him take care of these
things for us. We should let Him figure things out and tell us what to do.
Our job is to do whatever He clearly tells us to do. His job is to arrange
the big plans. We are overstepping our boundaries when we feel we have to
figure everything out for ourselves.
Here are some Scriptures I have found on this subject.
Matthew 11:29-31 (KJV)
"Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek
and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
John 14:27 (KJV)
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as
the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be
troubled, neither let it be afraid."
Romans 14:17 (KJV)
"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness,
and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."
2 Thessalonians 3:16 (KJV)
"Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all
means. The Lord be with you all."
Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV)
"Be careful (filled with care, anxious) for nothing; but in

O Lord, when I feel troubled and distressed,

As I your servant cast them onto You.
